American Express Membership Rewards - Membership Rewards Points; Best Choice?

First post in a long time! I have about 180,000 MR Plus points and would like to use them towards a potential resale on eBay, etc. What option will give me the most resale value and flexibility?

Chatter here earlier suggested that the Southwest awards are legally marketable and fetch nearly $300.

E-bay points = Rip off, I would not be even considering giving my miles away like that!
