American Express Membership Rewards - Delta SM Gold Card

I tried to apply for the Delta Gold AMEX card today, and the guy on the phone told me that there is a current promotoin on TV to have the annual fee waved for the first year.

Has anyone seen this commercial? Does anyone have the number?

He wouldn't give me the number, and he told me that I have to call in on that number to get the offer.
