American Express Membership Rewards - MR Points to Airline Miles Conversation Table

I had bookmarked a page from the American Express website that shows the conversion ratio from MR points to various airlines' miles. The bookmarked page appears to have been removed/replaced. Does anybody have a link to this? I see a page that shows the various airline partners and minimum points to transfer but not the actual conversion ratio. Ditto conversion from MR to hotel programs. Thanks!

That page appears to have disappeared, but one can still check the conversion ratio by simulating a transfer. When prompted to enter the number of points to transfer, the going rate is displayed.

Another change is the possibility to link an airline or hotel program online, as opposed to by phone.
