American Express Membership Rewards - Help with Delta Amex card needed

Beginning with the November statement, my miles earned on my Delta Platinum Amex card are not transferring. Amex says that Delta is "rejecting" my Skymiles number. I have called and emailed both companies' service numbers; each says the other is at fault and to contact the other company. This happens every year at my renewal date. Anyone have a suggestion on how to bypass the "customer service" crap and get to somebody who can actually fix this mess? My 10,000-base mile bonus will qualify me for Platinum Medallion on Delta.

I had a similar problem early last year. My annual card renewal and 10k bonus timing coincided with another 10k bonus. One of the bonuses was rejected by DL. DL stated that felt it was an error, the same bonus attempting to post twice. I contacted AMEX and they corrected the problem within a couple of weeks. The CSR at AMEX was kind enough to contact DL and provide specifics to allow the second 10k to post. Perhaps you should escalate this issue at AMEX.

Every year at my dec renewal the bonus does not post along with dec miles. Last year I did not call and it took 6 months to fix.Called today and amex said they would resend and it should post soon. Question how will the 10,000 post as MQM .5,1.0,1.5,2.0?
