Has anyone actually done this and had a positive experience? I live in Northern California and am looking at doing this. Any insight/comments would be appreciated.

I've had the letter for weeks and no one has called me. I don't know why they offer this if they don't follow through when you sign up.

There are several threads in the past that discussed this. I didn't do a search to see if they are still available. I did this and had no problems. I even went thru with using their services. I got my points quickly and also got their "big book" of what I should do and invest in. I was very disappointed when I noticed that the only funds they proposed I invest in were AMEX funds. I did not expect a biased service so I asked for a refund. I got my refund and was able to keep my points.

You didn't even get the letter with the coupon you're supposed to mail in for your points after the meeting they claim they will be calling about? The silly thing is now crumpled in the bottom of my briefcase.

I went to this so called "financial advisor" when I had my platinum card.

The person did not come across as too educated in the field of finance, and used standard forms, and explanations all available off of the internet.

The main goal of thier "advisors" is to make money for the company as he did not seem to interested other than having me "sign up".

Interstingly for the amount of money he wanted for his services, all I would receive would be (2) meetings per year!!

Waste of time, and money in my opinion, as one would be best suited to READ, and educate themselves.

I've always filed these offers in the circular file. I'm curious, though, what are the fees that they charge for this service?

Their fees start at $300.00 but I was quoted $1200-$3000 because of my complicated financial situation. Small business owner etc... You don't pay anything for the first 2 consulationns.
