I've never seen 15K - 10K seems to be the going offer.

According to AmericanExpress.com (http://www66.americanexpress.com/cards/Fmacfservlet?csi=36/22/b/3/0/015113902922/22/n&from=6) The Platinum Delta Skymiles Charge Card will get you 15000 miles, 5000 of which are the new Medallion Qualification Miles. The annual fee is $135, but the 15000 mile bonus already makes that worthwile, IMHO.
