Could someone please clarify a question I have about the Australian Amex card?
I have noticed that the scheme is partnered with various frequent flyer programs. Is it possible to buy say 20,000 Amex points (@ 2 cents) and then transfer these to a frequent flyer program?. eg Asia Miles. There is a bit of ambiguity on the site about whether this can be done or not. In one area it says it cannot be done but I get the impression that if one was a member of the Ascent program one might be able to do so.
Is there anyone on this forum with an Australian Amex card who has found that they can do so?
