I qualified for the 10K DL base miles program with Optima this past Oct, but AMEX credited them to DL as bonus vs. base. I was told by AMEX that they are trying to resolve it with DL (affects a number of others) and should have a fix by 12/16. Does anyone know anything about this. I need the miles to requal for PM.
