American Express Membership Rewards - Double Miles on Everything did not post double

The "double miles for everything from July 15 to August 15" promo with the Delta Skymiles Amex did not post to my account as double miles. I got the usual miles, double on gas, groceries, etc.
Did anyone get the double for everything?
I printed my enrollment confirmation just in case. Will give AMEX a call.

The promotion says six to eight weeks. So you must wait. The last time they did this it was at about the eight week mark for me.

Do you're saying the regular miles post first THEN the double for everything post in 6-8 weeks? If that's the case I will be patient and the next promo I sign up for I'll remember to read the details. Thanks for putting a halt to my panic attack.
