American Express Membership Rewards - Advice for a Newbie

I recently registered for the AMEX MR program. I have did a bit of review using the FT search function, but still would like to ask for recommendations for websites or particular threads that the members here would deem useful as an overview of the MR program for new members. I mean, by way of example, something that will show how MR points are convertable to FF miles on airlines, available MR rewards for travel, etc...
