American Express Membership Rewards - Lengthening hold times on phone in UK???

Has anybody else noticed a lengthening in hold times when trying to get through to the Platinum Card Services by phone in the UK?

I have been on hold for 14 so far and whilst typing this, maybe this is a way to encourage us to spend more $$$$$ on the black card if invited http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif

I agree - having said that I haven't used the "concierge" for a while, got fed up with the service. The PTS is equally useless - what info are you seeking?
