Does anyone have the latest list of UK Centurion benifits, traveled recently and they changed the Orient Express deal so no free champagne. Has anything else changed?

To be fair to Amex, are you sure this was a benefit change and not a supplier trying to wriggle out. I've had a few situations like this, and they usually boil down to the front line not knowing what their marketing department has agreed with Amex. I, sadly, tend to travel with a copy of the glossy for whatever offer I'm expecting to get, and (except in one case in the Maldives) that generally helps.
This is not to say, of course, that the Centurion benefits in the UK aren't receeding faster than the morning tide at Blackpool, but that's a whole other story.

Yup defiantly a Amex change phoned them up on arrival and they confirmed that its changed and that they frequently change the benefits. Should they not write to card holders to tell them or at least send out an annual update of members benefits. I also asked for the new travel pack to be sent out with the amends, 8 months ago, 3 months ago and then again 2 weeks ago are they trying to hide something from me, because they still have not arrived??????
