American Express Membership Rewards - Amex cashback May Double cashback bonus

I received a flyer 3 months ago from Amex (cash back card) about double cash back bonus in May. I spend like crazy in May, but I did not see any double cash back during the month. Did anyone get the bonus?

I got the same (targeted) promo. Spent like crazy too - well in excess of my credit limit (paid during the cycle). The fine print on the statement, where they count the YTD purchases was not updated (to reflect the double cashback, that is) in my June statement, but did reflect it in the July statement. But as usual, YMMV.
