American Express Membership Rewards - UK Amex Rewards to BA

I have a Corporate Card and Rewards Program, currently showing almost 40k points but no clear way to transfer to BA, QF, or AA as they are not part fo the scheme.

Following recent *wood mailings re: Concorde flights, it appears possible to tfr them to my *wood account as Amex allow this and then on to any of the airlines, gaining another 5,000 points from *wood.

Has anyone done this ?
