American Express Membership Rewards - Tip: Transfer Amex to HHonors via Delta

This may already be obvious to AmEx and HHonors old hands but for newbies: if you're intenting to transfer MR to HH, do it via DL. 1 MR=1DL=2HH. Doing it directly MR to HH only yiedls 1.3HH. I just found this out reading one of Randy's Q&A.
