American Express Membership Rewards - The Concierge ????

As Amex seems to be outsourcing its concierge services for Centurion (and Platinum ???) to the likes of Circles, etc, does this mean that the concierge bennefit is now the same as it I had a circles membership thru my employer ???

I suppose the question comes down to the "exclusiveness" or more importantly the usefullness of the concierge - If you are being serviced by a large concierge company (or is it called personal management now ?), then how can you possibly get the best service.

Any thoughts ???

Okay, I admit it is not an issue of searing imporance, but I do note a number of people claim various concierge style services as important in their elite program participation.

so how about the option of just paying a concierge company for it, and getting the same upgrades, etc..... possible ????

It's all WHO you get as your concierge.
