Hi all, I'm having a heck of a time with Amex, was wondering if anyone has an idea to speed this up a bit? I transferred in 2 increments, 120,000 MR points to my ANA mileage account on 2/21/02. 30,000 pts has been accepted, the other 90,000 still "pending". After the alloted Amex 14 business day period for transfers had ended, I called Amex on 3/19 and they said there was a "system glitch" on my 90,000 transfer. My case was sent to their clerical department where they will try to straighten this out. This will take another 5-7 business days. I'm hoping to use my points to get a flight with ANA next week, but I fear this will take another couple of weeks. Any way I can contact someone to make this go quicker? What a hassle!!
