American Express Membership Rewards - Problems with Amex MR point transfer - any suggestions?

Hi all, I'm having a heck of a time with Amex, was wondering if anyone has an idea to speed this up a bit? I transferred in 2 increments, 120,000 MR points to my ANA mileage account on 2/21/02. 30,000 pts has been accepted, the other 90,000 still "pending". After the alloted Amex 14 business day period for transfers had ended, I called Amex on 3/19 and they said there was a "system glitch" on my 90,000 transfer. My case was sent to their clerical department where they will try to straighten this out. This will take another 5-7 business days. I'm hoping to use my points to get a flight with ANA next week, but I fear this will take another couple of weeks. Any way I can contact someone to make this go quicker? What a hassle!!

Had a similar problem last summer transferring some points to Starwood. All I did was call and they were apologetic and got the points there when they said they would.
This time, I did it on the web and the points were there in three days!

I guess all you can do is call them back and chase them up.

Yeah, I figured I'd have to chase them down. Finally got an answer today that my points would be credited this Friday or Monday. Then Amex tried to sell me another card! Think I'll cancel my MR program after this flight, just too much trouble.
