Did anyone else find the new change in terms and benefits included with the most recent statement one of the most difficult things to read or follow.
In the past Amex made changes they would highlight the changes and send a whole agreement, this time just the changes.
So I called customer service and they told me that they don't have any new agreements they could send me the old one and that they don't send out information on benefits because it is on the web site. So I went to the web site and the benefits part is well lame. So what Amex basically said to me is that there is no place to get a full list of details and limitations of the benefits anymore, since they are not available on paper anymore and really not on the web site.
