American Express Membership Rewards - How many HHpoints in Amex Points?

Can I convert Hilton Honor points into Amex points, and vice versa? What is the conversion rate?

Not possible to transfer HH points back to MR points, don't think you can do any scheme back to MR points.

Watch out! As described in this thread, the most route direct route may not yield the most points.
