I redeemed points for Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones online two days ago. I visit AmEx's Web site on a regular basis to check my accounts, but I hadn't logged-in in a couple days, and when I went to redeem the points I wasn't asked to log in.
The Web site let me redeem points for the award without ever verifying my address. That doesn't seem too secure to me.
BTW, does anyone have any experience with how long it takes to receive products? The Web site said it takes 4-6 weeks, which is really long.
