Does anyone here have the Int'l $ Centurion card? Would love to know what the perks are (airline clubs, hotel programs, ...) I have the US Centurion and may switch over if benefits are comparable to get the priority pass membership.

Many thanks ahrz!!! Would you believe they charge me $500 for EACH add'l centurion & $300 for each platinum? I'll use my European address and switch...

BTW, are Hyatt/Diamond & Six Continents cards also awarded to Int'l Centurions? They are included in the US program

You also lose the CO/US/DL elite comps... but those may not matter to you. I believe those comps are the bulk of the reason for the extra fee for add'l Centurion cards in the US as each card includes the Elite comps.

In reference to the above numbers how does US centurion card compare to the Int'l card?

The "card portfolio" includes 3 Centurion cards (2+AC) and 4 others.
If you need more supplementary cards, they will also be charged $500 (even for green cards!).

The European Centurions (Germany, UK and Intl$ so far) don't include airline status benefits.

The US Centurion doesn't offer nearly as many insurance benefits. Specifically, none of the benefits related to travel not charged to the card (unless they've switched policies and have yet to inform cardmembers).

It does offer gold status with Continental, US Air & Delta (previously also Elite 1 with TWA) and premier status with Hyatt (Diamond) and Intercontinental. Most other benefits are the same as those offered with US AMEX Platinum, including access to US lounges of CO & NW, comp tickets for international 1st class or bus class flights originating from the US, FHRS, etc - with fairly minor enhancements to the insurance programs.

ANY add'l card (green, gold, platinum, centurion) is charged @ rack rates.

The suppl. cards, whatever color they have, enjoy the same service level than the main Centurion card (24h phone service, insurances), except some benefits like Priority Pass, etc.

The reason to apply for a supplementary green card could be to give a good level of protection to a child over 18, but not the ability to withdraw $7000 cash like the main Centurion card ...

In all other cases, I would suggest to apply for a 2nd Amex account (green/gold).
