The transcript doesnt give any details of this "gift". Does anyone know any details? Who's Dan?

When you say "particpate" are you saying the person had to have asked a question? I sat in on the chat, but I did not post a question.

fly4free -- It is my understanding that this bonus is available to all people who were "present" in that chat room (flyertalk has a list). BTW, I've asked a question, but it did not go past the moderator... http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif

I was there, but don't have an Amex card. How much are 2,500 Amex points worth. Is it 2,500 miles? Thanks!

I received a E-mail today from Dan at webflyer.com asking from my MR number and home address. I sent it to him. I sure hope he really was sending the info on to American Express. Did anyone else get this E-mail?

I got that letter from Dan also. Has anyone have the points post yet?

If you have signed up for online access to your AMEX, you do get to see your MR balance!

However, if you want transaction detail, you are correct .... AMEX needs to work on that one!

Has anyone received these miles?

not sure yet, but think so. The reason I say this is that my MR balance has 'jumped' the correct amount, but I have also had a flurry of Starwood stays were I am registered for the MR bonus. So I think I have received it, but won't be sure until receive statement.

It is under the rewards adjustment in the online statement.

Hope everyone else got theirs.

Haven't gotten my points yet, but I expected a problem, because my MR account is here in Canada. Hope that issue can be resolved, as the 2.500 points would be a nice addition to my MR account. I emailed Dan today, asking him to look into the delay for me, and am awaiting his reply.
