Three monthly billing statements have come and gone now--all without showing my MR new points or totals. Several calls to Amex Canada in Markham have resulted in my being told of problems with MR getting on the members' statements, but they would have it corrected shortly. I desperation, I sent them an email yesterday--only to get one back today telling me to call them at CS in Markham, so I'm going around in circles--and getting dizzy!!! Note that my account is always paid in full within a week of receipt, so this is not a problem. But, where the heck are my MR points?? Is anyone else in Canada faced with the same problem, or is it just me? I'm expecting the 2,500 points from the Amex chat on FT recently, but can't check my MR account to see if they've arrived.
And signing up for the "My Membership Rewards" on their website isn't an option, because they make note of CC security, so I don't want to enter my CC number there.
Any ideas or thoughts appreciated.
Never had a problem with Amex CS before, but this stinks.
