American Express Membership Rewards - What Discounts open to AMEX card only?

I can think of two:

1) White Glove benefits at Disney World resorts (similar benefits at Disneyland resorts?).

2) Certain hotel chains has promotions with AMEX where you can earn double or more points of the frequent guest plan (which hotel chains)?

3) any other special discounts only open to AMEX cardholders?

Which Amex card are you talking about here? Basic, Gold, Platinum, or Centurion? Because each level of card has its own discounts and benefits.

Let us talk about the basic card - obviously, these benefits would be available to all higher tier cards (if not at a deeper discount).

The restaurant offers through offer zone are no longer available. It was a nice perk - usually 20% off certain restaurant. Like DC, sometimes these were restaurants that participated in a mileage program, and you could get both. Well, it's done!
