American Express Membership Rewards - Hyatt - Dia to Plat

Any Centurion members out there had their Diamond Hyatt membership drop to Platinum at the beginning of their new year?

I had the same problem. I had to call Amex and have the travel department intervene and send a fax to Hyatt.

Same thing happened to me. The Hyatt letter offered to move me back to Diamond for 20,000 Hyatt points. I haven't contacted Amex yet. Was Centurion customer service successful in getting Hyatt to reinstate your Diamond status?
