American Express Membership Rewards - Any body been to the AMEX lounge in FRA?

What's it like? Is it cramped? Are the drinks for free (at least)? Is there a chance to get sth. to eat?

It´s the American Airlines Admirals Club in Frankfurt. Well, a nice but not a great place: Comfortable (and big), drinks are free but dont expect any food (we did and were very disappointed).

May be Deutsche Bahn should rename it's lounges to waiting rooms again...

They also have a couple of showers if of need, but the food selection is pretty dismal (peanuts, snack mix, rolls, etc.).

Yes, it's pretty nice and it can be either nearly empty or very crowded and is probably ussally somewhere in between! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif
