I have been using Diners Club for three years for corporate travel. However I am very frustrated with the limited special offers especially relating to Alaska-airlines. How does Amex compare in these categories? Thanks

sa_boy,

Welcome to the boards. Have you looked into the AS Bank of America Visa Platinum Card? Annual fee is $75. You get 2 miles for every dollar spent on Alaska Air tickets. Each year you receive one First class certificate and two loung passes as well as sign up bonus of 5,000 miles and 2,000 bonus miles every year you re-new the card.

Consider also the American Express Sheraton Starpoints Credit Card. No annual fee. Talked about extensively on this board.

Earns 1 starpoint for every $, which can then be converted one http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/redface.gifne for AS Mileage Plan miles.
