American Express Membership Rewards - AMEX Platinum Airport Lounge Access

I have an AMEX Corporate Platinum card primarily because of the lounge access. What will happen with the TWA club access:
a. will it allow access to AA Admirals Club?
b. will it disappear?
c. will a new airline allow lounge access?

Also, when is this year's list of 2x1 Business class airlines be produced. I am concerned because fewer airlines participate each year.

I recieved a nice packaged list of participating airlines in the "International Airline Program" valid thru 08/2001, I think
(I thrown it away after a quick 30 seconds look at it...).
I didn't see major changes, airlines I never fly with (like Emirates) are still participating.
I don't remember having seen a new airline in the list.
