Would you mind to give me some real life samples (other than booking a flight, a car or a hotel) what Concierge Service is good for?
Like:
- I want to visit a theater in London
(What is on, where to go etc.)
- I want to have Sushi in Berlin
(Where to go, table reservation etc.)
...
Thanx in advance.

The Concierge doesnet book hotels, Cars and Flights, that is what the Traval Consultants do. The Concierge does that what you mentioned, they can tell you what´s going on in a city, they arrange things, for example they book a table in a restaurant (there are many Restaurants in the Fine Dining Program, at least one table reserved exclusevly for Plat and Cent Card Holders). Very helpful. I tried this to get a table in a fancy Las Vegas Restaurant while Comdex
They can send flowers, sweets or other presents to friends, family or business friends while you are on the road
They can organize a chauffeur or limousine service for you
They even hiher a helicopter, if you can afford it. ;-)
They try to get products you have seen elsewhere but didnt managa to buy, so they try to get it and send it to you
Most time, quite helpful.

Whenever I am going to be in a city for a few days (and expect to have some free time), I have the Concierge Service send me a list of concerts that are scheduled during my visit.
In a slightly different note, I used the Concierge Service to arrange to take 30 people horseback riding on extremely last minute notice during a wedding weekend.

Used them to book a table for myself and a couple of friends at some of the dinners at the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival.
I was busy that day and did not want to take the time to make all of the calls myself.
