American Express Membership Rewards - Starwood Optima card

I have read this mentioned on this site many times, but cannot find this card listed anywhere at the American Express site. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/confused.gif Is this the old Sheraton Starpoints card?
I am beginning to stay more and more at Sheratons as I always stayed at Westins and now they are part of the same family, and I would like to get this card instead of my other AMEX card. Help....

Yes, it is the Sheraton card. Perhaps the best points-earning credit card around!

I agree with MRichmond - the Starwood Optima card is the best card out there. Where else can you get a FREE mileage-based card which gives 1.25 miles per dollar spent (cash in 20,000 points for 25,000 miles) in over a dozen airline programs? You can apply at 1-800-4-OPTIMA. Be sure to get the Starwood Optima card, and not the Hilton or Delta card.
