Sheraton Club International - error when going online for my account

ERROR : Completion Code 2, Reason 2009 -errorcodes :2009

since I renewed my gold-membership 2 days ago, I can't log in anymore. can you?

They have been having this error off and on for some time. A while ago I wrote to them and they said that they were experiencing some problems. They suggested trying again from within the SCI page. Yesterday I failed both from the main page and from the SCI page.

Its working now.

OMNI - Rudi I got a chuckle reading your info. Reminds me of a cartoon I saw recently about our CIC (Commander in Chief) telling his daughters boy friend about not doing anything that he would do.

the error is back (for the moment):

since more than 24 hours now: "the folder is empty".

I'm able to log on. Interestingly, my Westin points have been automatically rolled over to Sheraton at rate of 5 Westin pts = 1 Sheraton point.

the program rules are not updated yet.

Westin Premier web site still shows the old award chart. It also shows my points (i.e. not transfered). Wonder if I could double dip?

I also saw my old award chart on the Westin site, plus a different (and larger) number of points on the Sheraton site.

FYI: Everytime I got in the Sheraton Club Int'l site after two minutes I was told "session expired, please log in again." What gives?
