Sheraton Club International - Good service from Sheraton & Westin

I needed to convert my Sheraton points into
Westin for an upcoming vacation stay. It
was one of the most painless things I have
done as a frequent flyer. The service rep.
at Sheraton just asked for my SCI #, my password and was very friendly. It took about 90 secs.

The points are now in my Westin account. (I
did the transfer this way because Westin
has better available than the Sheraton and
was closer to where I needed to be.)

The Westin people are always nice with
reservations and I recommend the Westin Central Park South. Great service and they
allowed me a very late (2p) checkout after
a very late, late, late night out.

Marriott still best, but Sheraton and Westin
are giving everyone a run for the top spot.

Catman, please have a look at the Westin Board.

Rudi... I wish I saw the Westin board before
I sent my kudos to them!!! Somewhat annoyed
that neither Sheraton nor Westin warned me
when making the transfer and inquiring about
guest room availabilities that big changes
were in the air.

I take back the last statement I said on
my post. IN fact, taking back most of it
until I know something! CATMAN
