I am going to give credit when credit is due. I checked into the Residence Inn at Dallas 2 nights ago. The clerk informed me that I was pre-blocked to a 2 bedroom suite and welcomed me to the hotel. Without asking.
A friend of mine stayed at the Wardman Park Marriott twice the last two weeks. Last week she got a suite. This week she was upgraded to the Presidential Suite. All without asking.
