United MileagePlus (Consolidated) - What does a change fee show as on a credit card statement ?

I am asking in relation to some of the credit cards (amex business, chase ritz, etc) that give credits for airline fees.

I have to pay a $250 change fee and I was wondering if anyone knows what that will show as ? Will it say "fee" or will have just look like a typical airline ticket purchase with the cities on there and all that ?

Also too is it 1 big charge or 2 separate? like say I need to pay $50 extra for the new fare, would there be charges for $50 and $250 or would it be one $300 charge (probably making it harder to claim the fee as well)
