Other Asian, Australian and South Pacific Frequent Flyer Programs - Jet Privilege Tier Points

Hi!

I'm going to fly ANA next month MNL-NRT-SFO-LAX and LAX-NRT-MNL.
As such I'm wondering if the MNL-NRT leg would count as 1 tier point under the JP ffp. Or does the tier points only apply to the 9W group?
