Hilton HHonors - Annual Base Points Not on Web Page?

Often when I log onto the Hilton website it does not now my annual base points in the summary section. It shows total points, stays, etc. but not the annual base points. Does anyone else ever have this problem? Is there somewhere else I can my annual base points balance (without calling)?

base points appear in the left pane under Account Summary

Access your account through www.hhonors.com and you will see your base points listed.

It did appear. I swear sometimes that line is not there. Maybe it is cookie or something on my ipad.

If you sign in through www.hilton.com, base points does not appear.

I have also been wondering why I cannot see the base points but I signed in using the link in post #2 and success!
