I'd say odds of an opup look bleak at this point (O>0 and A=0) but it would be more reliable if you checked 24h before.

ps since when did MAN go 3x daily with Suites??!

Doesn't look good - as only 2 out of 8 seats left in F, and 9 seats in J (according to seat map) but look closely at what fare buckets are available. Economy has plenty of capacity, yet Business and First is limited.

Personally I do not think you will get it.
What I do is I book flights which I think will be overbooked at a later date.

Expert Flyer is an amazing tool especially when you master it and through the information from it, I have been upgraded 11/15 and the rest I used points.

Too popular at the bar on the A380 according to the barman on my flight yesterday. :D

I few from Hong Kong to MAN last year and I asked for some Verve at about 45 mins after take off and the woman serving was like "where are you from", I replied "Manchester", she said...."I could tell"...:D

The bar is good especially when you remember the attendants and they remember you, I got the same girl twice last year on the 380 back to Man in J.
