Hi, I received a token of appreciation e certificate voucher on a flight from LIM to SFO that doesn't allow to be used on international flight. Since I was on an intl flight does this sound correct? I thought u/a would issue one for intl travel since I was travelling intl. The video and music systems were down starting in LIM for entire flight

Very common - ask for miles instead

Thanks. Already asked for the money. Would the mp desk make a switch at this point?

it is worth a try. PMUA would sometimes replace domestic certs with international certs especially for non-USA residents.

Another reason to move to AA. All E certs on Aa are good for worldwide travel.

Actually although some cert says domestic only, they could be used for international too

wow, you are the man. I entered the code for an international flight and it worked. Since the wording on the ecert said good for only domestic I did not think to check this. thanks! you saved me $250.00
