United MileagePlus (Consolidated) - Booking Amtrak Codeshare ZFV

I asked this in another thread, but it's in the old Contintental forum.

Is there another website to book a fare from ZFV (Philadelphia Amtrak) other than United's website?

I need to do this because I want to attach a Hawaiian Airline leg to it on the same ticket. The UA codeshare price for the HA leg is outrageous, but if I book a nested HA ticket instead, it saves me $600.

Call 1K CSR if you are a 1K and they should be able to help.
