US Airways Dividend Miles - T1 LAX security time

Hi guys,

I am flying on a FC award tomorrow to CLT and on to BOS. The flight leaves at 11:20 and I have never flown US out off LAX T1 (actually it has been 6-7 years since I have been on a US ac). I know SW is in that terminal and on a Friday for a long weekend I am wondering how much of a zoo it will be? How much time should I leave to clear security? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

If you are in FC, take the elevator up to the 2nd floor that will get you to ID check right away, then just the queue to get thru the xray.

Holiday weekends, I've never waited more than 25 mins, TSA is pretty good about opening more line, with a max of 6 or 7.
