United MileagePlus (Consolidated) - Central Asia Award Rules?

Looking to book an award from Turkmenistan (Central Asia) -> NZ but the only two *A routings are via FRA on LH or IST on TK. Will they allow either or can I not get there from here, so to speak?

Shouldn't be a problem, assuming you can find the inventory.

IIRC Aeroplan will price it online but not UA
