Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - OWE Baggage Allowance?

I have no status with CX but I'm QF Plat/OWE and will be flying CX Y MEL-HKG-FRA tomorrow. I've had a look at the CX web site and haven't been able to find anything that states what the baggage allowance is for OWEs. Is it the same as all other Y pax or is it the same as MPC elites? If so, which category.

Sorry for asking what I'm sure is a dumb question but the emails from CX and their web site don't really specify and their customer service office in Oz is closed right now.

Unlike Star Alliance and Skyteam, OneWorld doesn't provide elite luggage benefit for elite from other airline.

So you only get: 20KG for Y, 25KG for PY, 30KG for J and 40 KG for F

If you happen to be flying on a OWE fare (oneworld explorer, the RTW product) then the baggage allowance is 2 pieces of 23kg for all sectors. As stated there is no Oneworld Emerald status benefit, it is strictly airline based, but often status based baggage allowance is honoured for interlined bags (e.g. QF extra allowance is granted by AA on a joint QF/AA ticket). I've had CX also honour this, for QF MEL-HKG and CX HKG-LHR, but you are on all-CX so there is no QF benefit that you can use.
