Credit Card Programs - Question: Citi AAdvantage Mastercard

Im just trying to get one of my friends into the card game. He has a Citi AAdvantage mastercard. I know about the 2-browser trick for the Citi VISA and AMEX, I've never heard about the mastercard.
So, my question is, since he already has the mastercard, can he still get the VISA and AMEX 50k bonus? Or has he already been disqualified for being an old existing member, thus no sign-up bonus.
Thanks all.

When did he last apply for any type of Citi/AA card (including the MasterCard he currently holds)?

He did mentioned it before.. I think he said last year, and haven't reached the annual fee yet. So, 2011 4th quarter I guess.

As far as Citi is concerned, it's a Personal AA card - the same rules apply be it an Amex, Visa or MC. If he's had it less than a year, odds are against him for getting approved again
