US Airways Dividend Miles - "Buy Miles" not posted after 5+ days

I'm really not sure what more to do about this - I (and my husband) bought miles under the targeted 100% bonus over 5 days ago and they have not yet posted. I called US and got the run-around - not sure what else I can do to get this sorted out. (I have bought miles many times in the past and they always posted immediately). Thanks for any advice.

Has your credit card been charged?

No charge has posted to my credit card. Also, just got off the phone again with US (processing centre - who seemed to know a lot more about such transactions) and was told that it must be a POINTS.COM issue (which I already assumed to be the case) but the agent said they could not do anything - I would need to contact POINTS.COM myself. I will try calling them but they are only open 9-5 ET so will need to wait until tomorrow. I would just re-do the transactions but I don't want it to end up in limbo as well.
Note - called my credit card company and they approved the authorisation but have not received the payment which is why I can not see it online. I also sent points.com an e-mail with the transaction details.

Hi psachafer
I've had exactly the same issue across 3 accounts and using 2 different CC and again both CC company confirmed no issue their end but that points.com hadn't processed.
My latest attempted booking has been a debacle from start to finish.
After having trouble helping a friend to find a single J seat for travel in Oct a couple of months ago, I decided to put seats on hold while I bought points across my husband's account and mine. They've always posted within 2-3 hours max in 3 previous promos so I was rather surprised when they took 4 days and only appeared after emailing points.com twice and managing to get hold of them on chat during their ridiculous opening hours (I'm in MEL).
I bought a total of 180k rather than the usual 240k as the agent twice confirmed with the rate desk that my EU itinerary was 1. valid and 2. was 90k points each. For reference, it was
MEL - BKK TG J
BKK - FRA TG J
FRA - DUB LH J
DUB - Destination
DUB - IST TK J
IST - SIN TK J
SIN Stopover
SIN- BKK SQ J
BKK Stopover
BKK - MEL TG J
As it had been through the rate desk, I thought I'd struck it lucky but I did point out it was usually 120k and they again reassured me this wasn't the case. I didn't buy the additional miles as we have no trips planned after this one as being newly weds, we have plenty of other demands on our cash!
Fast forward two days - my itinerary is about to expire so I called to rebuild it to buy more time only to be told it's 120k each as usual and it's invalid with two stops on the return and no possibility of doing an open jaw between SIN and BKK to make it work. I got a friend to buy 30+30k miles for us last Saturday to get the bonus and also in case there was an issue with either of our accounts or the card. It's now Wed afternoon here and they still haven't posted to her DM account. I'm not actually sure how long they're going to take to transfer to our accounts once they do post so I'm facing with calling US yet again tonight to rebuild and restart the clock for a third time.
Can't help feel this is another 'enhancement' to what is a really fantastic program and both US airways and Points.com have been startlingly apathetic in trying to resolve. The fact that we're being held to ransom for days by points.com (with holds of thousands of dollars on our CC) should be the focus of our anger rather than debating much smaller financial impacts such as change fees for moving up from J to F for example.
Anyone else had the same experience with this promo?

So finally - after e-mailing points.com (I was going to call very early this AM), my and my husband's miles posted overnight. Not sure if the repeated calls (and an e-mail to DM Customer Service) and/or the e-mail to points.com had anything to do with it or if the 5+ days delay is the "new" normal.
Fortunately we weren't waiting on these miles to book an award - just like to keep a stockpile for future trips.
Note - edited to add: just after this post I received an e-mail from points.com advising that the miles had been posted to both accounts so I presume it was points.com that got this sorted out. Well done to their customer service.

Yay Pschafer, that's great news! It was undoubtedly points.com who sorted it and it will probably have been due to your intervention rather than luck.
My friend's purchase of the extra miles needed to top up our points via transfer finally posted at around 11pm Australian time (I bought early on Saturday afternoon) and again, posted almost immediately after I spoke to them on instant chat. The miles have now been shared with my husband and I so a little bit more wait time to go as again, that's through points.com rather than directly through US Air as I was hoping.
I got the same "we'll email you when the points arrive" email rather than instant confirmation so I'm dug in for yet another 4 day wait and am going to let the current itinerary expire in the meantime as it's just not worth the stress of trying to keep it active.

Sounds like any time miles are accrued in some manner other than flying (DMM, buy miles, share miles, etc...) processing now takes a week.

I bought miles in the current promo (for a friend but using my credit card and his account) last week and they took 48 hours to post, without intervention. So as usual it seems there is considerable inconsistency here.

I took advantage of this promotion on 8/25 and the miles posted literally immediately. Points.com is apparently very inconsistent in posting miles.
