Thai Airways Royal Orchid Plus - TG 692 status for 28 August?

I know ops severely impacted by Typhoon passing ICN, but the information on the USA site here:

Not looking good. Can't find any record of the flight leaving Bangkok. FlightAware also showing cancelled. No record of arrival in Seoul either. Amadeus just showing the flight delayed.

ICN saying it will operated on 8-29 even through it doesnt operate on Wednesdays. Cant get the departure time nailed down though. Sources tell me 8-29 is about 24 hours long...

Been busy a few days, just checking in now. I was on this flight. Got no advance call, showed up at BKK at 5:15 am on the 28th. They would not check in for this flight, told us next advisory would be at 1300. I got my room back at the Great Residence and went back to sleep. Around 12 noon they announced the decision to go at normal flight times on the 29th. And that's what happened on the 29th, all the way to Los Angeles.
