Long time time listener...first time caller:
I have a question I've searched for and although I've seen comments on similar issues in other threads I haven't seen this question asked:
Last August (2011) I applied for a Chase Southwest Personal Premier card and got approved with no issues. .The bonus on this card was 50,000 after first purchase.
As I recently started a job where I get to use my own credit card for travel (vs a company supplied card) I wanted to keep my charges separate for easy expense reimbursement purposes. .So, I applied for the Chase Southwest Personal Plus card. .The bonus is 50,000 after 1,000 in 3 months. .
It wasn't till after I applied that I realized that there is some fine print that says something along the lines of if you've received similar offers on Chase Southwest Personal before you're not eligible for the bonus. .As the spend requirements are different do you think I'm fine?
I would have opened the business card had I know this before, but I was a bit skeptical on the personal vs business card liability protection so I erred on the side of caution. .
I'm only 53,000 from a CP so I'm hoping I get the bonus...
Thanks in advance,
Scott
