InterContinental Hotels: Priority Club & Inter-Continental Ambassador - Are bonus points "stackable"?

I recently stayed at a HI and I'm participating in the 20,000 pts or 4000 miles promotion. The bonus points for this have registered along with the 250pts for booking online. However when I booked the room, I chose the "3000 bonus points rate" but those 3000pts haven't appeared..

Yes, you will get all the points that you have mentioned above. I book these 3K bonus points rate all the time and get them all.
