Swiss International Airlines - Exit row fees, fewer self-check-in machines

In today's Sonntags Zeitung it states that LX will start charging for exit rows and provide fewer SCI machines.

I hope a CH FTer can provide a reference online.

It's common practice to not charge these fees for FF's. Let's see what happens....

On the positive side: they only can implement this once they have a working online seat map, maybe a sign that this feature is finally coming...

This feels really cheap, IMHO. Charging for separate niceties is precisely why I abhor low-cost carriers. I might have expected this from OS, perhaps even LH, but LX? Strange.

OS is charging for exit seats since months and there has been no major outcry. Funny blick.ch only researched to see if 4U charges... :)
