Over the last few days I've put a couple of requests into the Four Seasons Hong Kong website for an upcoming trip. No follow up. Is this normal?

I'd email the concierge directly but I can't find the email address.

Head concierge is Hamson Tsui; try emailing at hamson.tsui@fourseasons.com

At this point, though, I'd go straight to the top and email the Regional VP/GM, William Mackay, at william.mackay@fourseasons.com, and definitely mention the issues you've encountered.

I got a very quick response e-mailing concierge.hongkong@fourseasons.com

I have always received very quick responses from the concierge at this hotel. The above email should work well!

I'm glad this is resolved...and nice to see hotel staff logging in here to offer help as well!

If an email goes unanswered for more than a day or so, I usually just pick up the phone and call. At a hotel of this calibre, there's more likely than not some sort of technical issue ... Either a wrong address or a spam filter or something of the sort.

Thinking about it, hotel concierge email accounts must be brutal. Lots of inbound emails from crazy countries...and can't really use a spam filter, lest they miss a customer's inquiry.

I stayed at this hotel back in July and was very pleased with my stay.

Based on my experience, this must have been a glitch. Emails sent to the concierge before a recent stay resulted in prompt (30 minutes or less) responses regardless of the time of day in HK. I'm glad the concierge e-mail address worked for you.
