oneworld - Lounge Access O'Hare Terminal 5

My wife and I are traveling to Hong Kong via Cathay leaving from terminal 5. I am an AA ExpPlat and have an Admirals Club membership. We will be flying Business Class. Is there any club access available to us in Terminal 5 or should we use the Admirals Club in Terminal 3? We are flying in to ORD from STL and have a 5 hour layover.

Since you are an EXP and you have several hours to kill before your OW international departure I suggest that on arrival at ORD you use the FL lounge near Gates K18, K20 in Terminal 3 to kill a few hours and then go over over to terminal 5 a couple of hours before your HKG flight. You can then use the lounge in Terminal 5 also before your depature. The food in the FL is quite decent.

You'll have enough time to sample two lounges.

Upon arrival in T3, stop in the AC. (I would skip the FL unless your flight lands right next to it.)

Once you get to T5, I'd think the BA First Class lounge would be the best choice. Be sure to carry your EXP card.

Definitely avoid the Swiss lounge that CX will invite you to. :)

I'd hit the FL over the AC. Earlier in the day, especially, will give you fairly quiet, uncrowded experience.
